Sectoral Cluster Committees
Art 11 of the Statutes of ECOSOCC stipulates that the Sectoral Cluster Committees (SCCs) are established as key operational mechanisms of ECOSOCC to formulate opinions and provide inputs into the policies and programmes of the African Union.
